the winter crossroads burned lunar frost of change in the growing soul blood skies blue veins blistering winds sublime mountain mist eccentric phantoms danced the steamy earth chanted the bloody thorns writhed coalescent carrion the soft shadows swarmed frail sun cast over the fawns that danced and leapt in the raw winter air the lost night white owl winter sleep the wet misty air thin idyllic trees songs in the forest cold shimmering moon paper painted hills sickly sleeping woods the barren orchard quiet and divine
Brilliant collection of poems. I love Haiku and have experimented in it some but have never reached this level of atmosphere and emotion you managed to evoke here. This captured winter, the harshness and fragility, the beauty and wonder. Great stuff.
